8. When the diameter of the fire pump outlet pipe is less than DN250, the flow rate should be 1.5m/s~2.0m/s; when the diameter is greater than DN250, it should be 2.0m/s~2.5m/s;
9. The arrangement of the suction wells should meet the requirements of the flow in the well, the flow velocity is uniform, there is no vortex, and it should be easy to install;
