Second consultation:
After a while, another problem arose. There is obviously about 1G of storage space, but the computer frequently jumps out of warnings that the system does not have enough capacity. At that time, the files were not backed up and archived for a period of time. The hard disk is sometimes under 1G storage capacity.
I doubted that I called Apple's customer service again. After stating this problem, I also said that I had been restarting the system. The customer service staff first asked me about the system version and found out that I was a super old version (10.7.3, bought I haven't updated it later.) Later, I suggest that I update to the latest version (10.12.3) to eliminate system software problems.
