Abstract: This article briefly describes the composition principle of electrical fire monitoring system, and analyzes the design basis and related specifications of electrical fire monitoring system in application. Finally, through the example of the research and development center of Trina Solar (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. through the Ankerui residual current electrical fire monitoring system, the realization of the function of the electrical fire monitoring system and its important significance are described.

0 Overview Trina Solar (Shanghai) and R&D Center projects are invested by Trina Solar. Trina Solar Energy Co., Ltd. is registered in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. It is a “solar photovoltaic vertical integration” company in China and even in the world. It mainly produces monocrystalline silicon rods, silicon wafers, solar cells, solar cell modules, and photovoltaic power plants. Complete system and other products. Trina Solar Co., Ltd. plans to invest in Trina Solar (Shanghai) and R&D center projects in the Zizhu Science Park, Minhang District, Shanghai. The completed contents include: Trina Solar's Asia Pacific Operations Headquarters and National Key Laboratory R&D Center And 100MW high-efficiency battery production base. The project composition is shown in Table 1. After the project is completed, it will become the R&D center of the operational headquarters of Asia Pacific and the national key laboratory of Trina Solar Limited.
Trina Solar has actively accelerated the pace of globalization and promoted the development of high-level talent teams. In recent years, it has introduced international high-level management and R&D personnel from 20 countries and regions. The European, North American and Asia Pacific Middle East regional headquarters have been established in Zurich, Switzerland, San Jose, California, and the United States, and offices have been established in Seoul, Tokyo, Madrid, Milan, Sydney, Beijing, and Shanghai. The company's photovoltaic components and other optoelectronic products are sold to more than 30 countries and regions such as Europe, the United States, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. The project is mainly responsible for monitoring the leakage status of the outlets distributed in the distribution boxes on the floor of the site, and promptly reminding the duty-control personnel in the control room to prevent the occurrence of electrical fire.
Trina Solar (Shanghai) and R&D center project site has 48 current ARCM200 residual current meters installed in the distribution boxes on each floor. The field instrument is connected to the control center of the Acrel-6000/B wall-mounted electrical fire monitoring system via a bus.
1 Reference Standards In recent years, in order to increase the intensity of prevention and control of electrical fires, the State has successively formulated or revised a number of relevant standards and regulations to strengthen the prevention of electrical fires. There are:

2 System Components Trina Solar (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. R&D center project consists of electrical fire monitoring background, electrical fire detectors and leakage current transformers.
The project communication bus accesses two communication buses. After the buses are handed in series in the power distribution room, they are connected to the wall-mounted background to form the major artery of the electrical fire system. The leakage current transformer in the box is connected to the leakage detector through the current line, and the leakage detector shows leakage in real time. The above constitutes a set of stable, accurate and reliable electrical fire monitoring systems. The system network is divided into three layers:
2.1 Station Control Management Station Control Management The management personnel of the electrical fire monitoring system are the direct windows of human-computer interaction and the top level of the system. Mainly by the system software and necessary hardware devices, such as touch screen, UPS power supply and other components. The monitoring system software calculates, analyzes, and processes various types of data on the site, and responds to the on-site operations by means of graphics, digital display, sound, and indicator lights.

4 System Functions 4.1. Monitoring Alarm Function:
The monitoring equipment can receive the leakage and temperature information of multiple detectors. When the alarm sounds, an audible and visual alarm signal is emitted. The display indicates the alarm location and type of alarm, records the alarm time, and the sound and light alarm keeps Until the display resets the detector remotely. 4.2. Fault alarm function Communication fault alarm: When a communication fault occurs between the monitoring device and any of the connected detectors, the corresponding detector in the monitoring screen displays a fault prompt, and the yellow “fault” indicator light on the device is on. Power failure alarm: When the main power supply or backup power supply fails, the monitoring device also emits an audible and visual alarm signal and displays the fault information. You can enter the corresponding interface to view the detailed information and cancel the alarm sound.
4.3. Self-check function Check if all status indicators, display screens and speakers in the device are normal.
4.4. Alarm record storage inquiry function When leakage, over-temperature alarm or communication, power supply failure occurs, the alarm location, fault information, alarm time and other information are stored in the database. 4.5. Power Supply Function When the main power supply has power failure or undervoltage, the monitoring device can automatically switch to the standby power supply. When the main power supply resumes normal power supply, it automatically switches back to the main power supply, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the monitoring device during the switchover.
4.6. Detector Control Function By monitoring the software operation, remote reset control of all detectors connected to the device can be performed.
4.7. Authority Control Function To ensure the safe operation of the monitoring system, the monitoring device software operation authority is divided into three levels. Different levels of operators have different operation authority.
