Question 1. What can I do if the battery cannot be stored?
Solution:
1, please confirm that the fuse, power switch, power line and voltage switching switch caused by the problem.
2. Check whether the transformer has AC110/220 input and AC18V output.
3, the battery on the board to remove the PIN, measuring the machine version of the charging voltage is about 7.2V, if not enough, please check the power supply related circuits.
4. Check whether the diodes near the PIN input terminal of the transformer are normal.
5, replace the battery.
Question 2, how to solve the poor sensor identification?
Solution:
1.Static quantity method: Use the three-use ammeter to measure the E+ to S+, S- (or E-to-S+S-also) resistance of the sensor, and the error is generally 0.5. Above Ω, compensation is required. If the error is too large (more than 2Ω), it is recommended to replace L/C.
2. Dynamic volume method: Connect the sensor wiring correctly to the motherboard, and use the digital voltage meter (more than four and a half or more) in the DCV file to measure whether the S+ voltage is equal to the S-to-ground voltage (preferably 0 error) If it is not equal, sensor compensation is required.
Problem 3, angular coupling adjustment (single sensor) method?
Solution:
1, first weight correction.
2, with a full load of 1/3 of the weight of the weighing pan to see its display value.
3. Press the zero on the side with the lowest value of the scale in the 1 to 4 corners of the file. (When grinding the scale for the first time, test the force with a small force test to avoid damage to the sensor.)
4. Repeat 2~3 actions until the center of the weighing pan is within ±1 jump from the center, and then do weight correction.
5, if the error value of the scale value of the pan is too large, and after the scale is still too large, it means that the sensor has failed, or the method of grinding scale is wrong.
6, when grinding scales need to pay attention to the sensor specifications, the lighter the full load, the lighter the grinding force.
