Steam meter output instability detection instructions:
1. Check if the flowmeter is damaged or not.
2. Check that the installed pipe and the flowmeter sensor are of different minds, and the sensor and pipe are matched.
3. Check if there is a convex appearance in the pipeline of the gasket where the flowmeter is installed.
4. Inspect the pipeline for leaks.
5. Check whether there is strong interference at the site.
6. Test the flowmeter circuit board circuit.
7. Check the flow meter for moisture.
8. Check whether the signal on the flowmeter circuit board is correct or not, and whether the sensitivity is too high.
9. Check the upstream and downstream valves.
10. Check the flow meter body for debris.
11. Check the flow meter installation pipe for vibration.
12. Check the flow meter for multi-phase or pulsed flow.
13. Check if the length of the straight pipe before and after the flowmeter sensor is sufficient.
