1. There must be no stones, dirt and debris on the bottom and all around the weighing platform. The weighing platform must be able to shake slightly.

2. Periodically check the clearance of each limit point of the stopper. The clearance should be between 2~3mm.

3. The weighing platform carries out paint maintenance on a regular basis, usually once a year.

4. Do not perform welding work on the weighing platform. If welding must be performed on the weighing platform, it must be operated as follows:

a. Disconnect the instrument from the sensor;

b. The welding ground wire must be connected to the steel plate at the welding point. It must not be randomly connected to prevent the welding current from forming a loop through the sensor and cause damage to the sensor.

c. When welding, only allow arcing on the grounding plate, and do not arbitrarily start the arc elsewhere.
