Sunac Chong holds LeTV’s equity to 21%
【Global Network Technology Reports】 Sunac's shareholding in LeTV has increased from 15% previously announced to 21%. Recently, a review of the State Administration of Industry and Commerce Information System has revealed that Tianjin Jiarui, a subsidiary of Sunac, currently invests RMB 170,724,414 in LeTV's registered capital, accounting for 21% of LeTV's total registered capital of RMB 83,692,244,400.
This means that Rongchuang has again increased its shareholding in LeTV. Business information shows that LeTV currently has about 22% of its shares in LeTV. The transfer of the other 6% stakes was highly correlated with a stake previously reserved by LeTV Holdings to Sunac.
