Description
SRL Series Mixer unit is widely used for all kinds of powder mixing, drying, coloring and other processes. The unit consists of one hot mixer and one cooling mixer.
Features
1. This unit is composed of heating and cooling mixers, high speed, automatic mixing.
2. Hot material from heating mixer is fed into cooling mixer for cooling to eliminate gas and avoid burning.
3. Two layers of sealing are adopted in the pot lid. Pot lid of cooling mixer adopts arch lid, uneasy to be out of shape. The mixer lid is double sealed and opened in the pneumatic way.
4. Oil heating optional, through electric heating plate inside the heat-conducting oil heating tank.
5. With the temperature in the mixing of materials to stir drying process to mix and drying
