Pharmacological effects
1. All-grass decoction has a plate-hole punching method to inhibit Shigella dysenteriae and Shigella flexneri.
2. This product has no anti-amoebic effect in vitro.
3. The components of fumarate, gallic acid, protocatechuic acid, quercetin, naringenin, kaempferol, and isophthalic acid extracted from P. edulis have antibacterial activity against F. cirrhi and Shigella dysenteriae, especially Gallic acid and quercetin were the most active, with the minimum inhibitory concentrations of 59 ppm/ml and 37 ppm/ml, respectively.
