Jiangsu Haimen implements safe production mortgage system
From March 1, Haimen City, Jiangsu Province will implement a safe production risk deposit system.
According to relevant sources, when an accident occurs in a company, the amount of mortgage money paid by the company is transferred to the funds needed for rescue and disaster relief. The mortgage payment includes enterprises engaged in production and business activities in the fields of mining, transportation, building construction, fireworks, civilian blasting equipment, shipbuilding (repaired or demolished) ships, electric power, safety production evaluation and evaluation institutions, etc. The minimum standard for the storage of risk deposits for small businesses is 300,000 yuan, medium-sized companies 1 million yuan, large-scale enterprises 1.5 million yuan, and extra-large enterprises 2 million yuan.
