(5) When a small generator has a fault (no power generation or small charging current), it should be checked in time and it should not be continued for a long time, otherwise it will cause damage to other diodes or stator windings.

(6) When the six silicon diodes of the rectifier are connected to the stator windings, Megohmmeter (rocking table) or 220V AC power supply is absolutely prohibited to check the insulation of the generator, otherwise the breakdown of the diode is broken.

(7) The surface of the small generator should also be kept clean and the ventilation should be smooth; the transmission belt should be tight and elastic (use 98N force to press the belt, the deflection should be about 9~11mm.
