1. JMB or JMC microcomputer control function The JMB or JMC flow type microcomputer controller is the main controller of the complete soft water system and adopts advanced microcomputer chip technology. At the same time, it has flow display, remaining water amount display, regeneration program preset, system operation status Display and signal feedback, solenoid valve signal output and Other control functions.
Thirteen functions of the JMB/JMC controller:
Set password protection;
JMB single-channel or JMC 1-3 multi-channel Meter pulse receiver;
Flowmeter probe K value selection (according to probe installation pipe size according to schedule query);
The system flow display (0-9999t/h) and the preset batch (1-9999.9t) of the remaining amount of decreasing display;
Accumulated flow inquiry and clearing function;
Each system (work, regeneration, standby, feedback) status display;
Local forced manual start regeneration;
Regeneration start signal output time (2-9999 seconds) setting;
System working mode:
JMC (C1, D2, D3, E2, E3) five options;
Nine choices for JMB (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, D2, D3, D4, D5);
Regeneration system (outlet solenoid valve control) auxiliary contact output;
Power failure protection: The parameter retention time set after a power outage is greater than 3 years;

2. The Flow Meter Flow meter is a key component for controlling the regeneration of the system. Its performance is good or bad, and the accuracy of the measurement directly affects the safety and reliability of the system operation. Therefore, the system uses Jie Ming's JMTT type flow probe.
3, JMA multi-valve controller function Each JMA multi-valve controller controls the whole operation and regeneration process of an ion exchange tank, and the JMA multi-valve controller starts regeneration to provide signals by JMB or JMC flow type control. The JMA multi-valve controller is equipped with a signal distributor. The signal distributor is a rotary pilot valve that guides the opening and closing of each diaphragm valve on the liquid or gas signal source switching device to complete the automatic control of the equipment system.
The JMA controller has ten major functions:
Set password protection;
Yearly calendar display;
Regeneration step, decreasing playback time display;
External control signal chain control and step signal output;
Timed start, interval time start, remote transmission (flow or analytical instrument) contact start, start temporarily and start forced start local five ways;
Forced step start (for on-site commissioning);
The original position is automatically restored;
Regenerative program steps (1-8) and every step time (5-9999 seconds) are arbitrarily set;
System status signal display (eg system work or regeneration status feedback signal display;
Power failure protection function (the set parameter retention time is longer than 3 years);
The instrument shell is made of engineering plastics and it is dustproof, anticorrosive and waterproof.
Installation This system is transported in the form of Parts to prevent damage on the way. The entire system is assembled according to the drawings and recommendations of the manufacturer. The following instructions can be used as general guidance.
The resin tank is positioned in accordance with the specified spacing and the resin tank and metering box are positioned. Adjust the orientation and verticality of the resin tank when positioning.
The assembly equipment body pipeline, valve equipment body connection pipeline, and valve are assembled in the factory and then transported to the site for dismantling. According to the drawings, the can body connection pipes and Valves are reassembled.
Connect the system piping and valves to connect the system piping and valves according to the drawings. The system piping has the following parts:
(1) The inlet and outlet pipes of each tank are connected to the total inlet and outlet pipes;
(2) The connection between the metering tank and the injector;
(3) The drain pipe is connected to the trench;
(4) Connect the signal distributor to the pressure signal hoses and pressure source signal hoses of each hydraulic valve (signal Hose is φ6 plastic hose).
All connection pipes should be fully fixed and support controller positioning and wiring connection requires a fused power supply, and the power output must not be controlled by a switch. Power consumption 1-2 amps, voltage 220V, allows the use of three strands of flexible wire, but must comply with local electrical codes.
(1) Fix the JMA controller on the special bracket in the middle of the resin tank;
(2) Fix the JMB/C flow controller on a separate dedicated bracket;
(3) Connect control lines (see drawing);
(4) Make sure the line connection is correct, connect with the power supply, and check whether the controller power is normal.
The system test and test run are confirmed after all the pipelines and devices are installed and the system is tested. Follow these steps:
Set the JMA controller in the first step of the test procedure (backwash position);
The salt tank is filled with the same amount of salt water as the water.
Slowly open the manual inlet valve on the inlet pipe (if there is water supply to the Pump , start the pump first) and do not fully open. Water enters from the bottom of the resin tank, and air is discharged from the top of the resin tank until the air is drained and only water flows out of the drain.
Set the JMA controller in the second step of the test procedure (salt absorption, replacement position);
Check whether the regenerant salt valve is working properly. Use a manual ball valve to adjust the flow of salt (water-based salt solution) to set the JMA controller in the third step of the test procedure (pre-wash position);
Open the manual inlet valve on the outlet pipe and return the JMA controller to its normal position. At this time, it is in normal working condition. Slowly close the manual water outlet valve (do not close the valve). Observe the pressure gauge to 0.35-0.50 Mpa. Check all the pipes and connections for leaks and mark them. Repair after water is stopped.
Fill the resin and wash the resin Put the resin into the tank and clean the resin. Cleaning the tree means four, one, five steps.
System parameter setting
1. Parameter Calculation Method (1) Water production Q (m3):
Q = resin volume (m3) × 900 ÷ raw water total hardness (mmol/L)
Where: 900 is strong cation exchange capacity.
(2) Industrial salt quantity G (kg) for periodic regeneration:
G = resin volume (m3) × 90
20% saline volume V (m3)
V=(G÷20%-G)÷1000
Note: The working exchange capacity and regenerant consumption should be determined based on factors such as theoretical calculation and actual commissioning site conditions.
2、Parameter input of JMA controller
a, controller M program input step: 3 steps
b. The first step: 10-15 minutes of backwash time c, the second step: salt solution, replacement time 45-60 minutes (0.25-0.35Mpa)
d. Step 3: Washing time 30-45 minutes The operation steps are as follows:
1 Hold down the ESC key until the video shows 0000 let go
2 Move the azimuth by the left and right arrow keys, and change the value by pressing the up/down keys.
3 video display (time, plan, M program...)
4 Move the azimuth by the left and right arrow keys to move to the M program. Press the ENTER key to enter the M program.
5 by right-clicking to move from 1/3 to 2/3 and so on
6 Change the number by using the up and down keys to modify 1/3 2/3 3/3 time
7 Modify Press ESC to return to home screen
3, JMA controller forced regeneration input
1 Hold down the ESC key until the video shows 0000 let go
2 Move the azimuth by the left and right arrow keys, and change the value by pressing the up/down keys.

4 Move the azimuth by the left and right arrow keys to move to (Forced regeneration) Press ENTER to enter the forced regeneration program.
5 At this point, the regeneration starts and the red light is on. The regeneration process maintains a source of water. Parameter input A batch modification of JMC controller: The operation steps are as follows:
1 Hold down the ESC key until the video shows 0000 let go
2 Move the azimuth by the left and right arrow keys, and change the value by pressing the up/down keys.

4 Move the azimuth by the left and right keys to move to (batch program) Press ENTER to enter the batch program
5 By pressing ENTER you can move from A0000 to B000 and so on
6A0000 tons, B0000 tons and C0000 tons can be modified by changing the numbers by the up and down keys.
7 After the modification is completed, press ESC to return to the main screen. B Force regeneration: The operation steps are as follows:
1 Hold down the ESC key until the video shows 0000 let go
2 Move the azimuth by the left and right arrow keys, and change the value by pressing the up/down keys.

4 Move the azimuth by the left and right arrow keys to move to (Forced regeneration procedure) Press ENTER to enter the forced regeneration procedure.
5Can be moved from A tank to B tank by right click and so on
6 By ENTER key Confirm ABC can start regeneration
7 At this point, the regeneration starts and the red light turns on. The regeneration process maintains a source of water.
